The Stayzee Story
Frustrated by broker-dominated housing, Sumit envisioned a platform where students could find verified stays directly.
Stayzee launched in Alipurduar with 100+ verified listings, zero brokerage, and the token-based pricing model.
Verification systems, scout network, and landlord onboarding took shape from the ground up.Now covering Alipurduar and Coochbehar, with Siliguri and more towns planned by year-end.
